Breck is dedicated to both the personal and physical growth of all of his clients. He brings life experience to the training arena and is a firm believer that ones personal growth should coincide with physical goals as well. Breck believes an individual must be healthy and strong both physically and mentally.
It is with this attitude that Breck changed careers at the age of forty-seven to pursue his passion in life. In a moment of clarity, he chose to open the door and see what was on the other side. After years of being a client of personal trainers as well as a celebrated caterer in the Pacific Northwest, he chose to become a personal trainer himself. After experiencing firsthand the positive effects personal training had on himself, he has chosen to dedicate his life to instilling these changes in the individual lives that he touches.
Breck knows that change is not easy. It takes determination, drive and sometimes a sense of stepping into the unknown. But also believing that with that first step comes a wealth of possibilities. Always remembering where you have come from allows you to have empathy in your life.
Breck was the first and only graduate of the inaugural internship program at Conditioning Specialists, a proving ground for up and coming fitness professionals.
Breck has become certified as a personal trainer with ACE, an accredited program specializing in making positive physical changes in the lives of individuals.
After living and working in Santa Barbara for a year and a half. Breck has moved back to Bend to be closer to family and the lifestyle he loves.
Living in the Northwest for a number of years, Breck enjoys a wide and varied array of activities. Hiking, mountain biking, surfing are but a few. On any given day, when Breck is not at The Downtown Athletic Club of Bend, he can be found outside enjoying the beautiful country in and around Bend.
