
I moved to Bend in 2006 and studied exercise science at COCC, where I also worked in the exercise physiology lab, assisted clients and studied the effects of physiologic adaptations to exercise. Following this, I earned my personal trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have a passion for fitness, running, family and coaching.

I continue to play competitive soccer, mountain bike whenever I can and really enjoy getting outside and being active with my family.
I offer:
(1) personal training for individuals as well as small groups
(2) sport-specific workouts
(3) program design so you can work out independently
(4) fitness assessments and orientations
