A: The Bend Downtown Athletic Club is located on the 3rd Floor of the new Franklin Crossing Building. We are on the corner of NW Franklin and NW Bond Street in downtown Bend.

Q: When did the Bend DAC open?
A: We've been open since April 1, 2007.
Q: How large is the Bend Downtown Athletic Club?
A: We have approximately 7000 square feet.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: We anticipate the majority of our members are employed in downtown Bend so parking should not be an issue. For those of you who will commute there is a new multi-level parking garage behind the Franklin Crossing Building on NW Minnesota Avenue. The garage offers free parking for the first 3 hours, this should allow plenty of time for a great workout! Additionally the city offers 2 hour parking in the downtown area!
Q: What if I'm still hesitant and would like to ask questions before I sign up, is there someone I can speak with?

Q: Is childcare available at the Bend DAC?
A: We are an adult only facility and do not offer childcare. We also ask that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Do you offer amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, etc...?
A: We do not. Our focus is premium fitness to include state of the art cardiovascular, strength training, and freeweight equipment.
Q: Are you affiliated with the Athletic Club of Bend?
A: We are not affiliated to this business in any way.
Q: My friend is visiting from out of town, is there a guest fee?
A: We are glad to have your guests accompany you. There is a $7 fee per guest when accompanied by a member AND for locals (with ID). We charge a $15 day use fee for all other guests.
Q: Are there personal trainers available?
A: Every membership includes 2 sessions with a certified personal trainer. Additional sessions are also available.
Q: Do your group fitness classes cost extra?
A: Our classes are included in all of our membership packages!
Q: What is the minimum age my child has to be to join?
A: The short answer is 15 years old. A parent or guardian must accompany a child under the age of 18 at all times.
Q: One of my biggest complaints about my current workout facility is it is too crowded, how do you address this issue?
A: Our goal from the beginning is to limit our memberships so our members do not have to experience this common issue. It is important to note that we have not received any complaints from our members!
Q: Do you provide towel service to your members?
A: Shower towels are 50 cents and sweat towels are complimentary. We are more than happy to provide a towel should you forget to bring one!
