Golf fitness is a helpful,
healthy class. The warm-up exercises and individual
exercises really benefit the golfer. Using his hip
rotation exercise has helped me hit my drives farther
than I have ever hit them before. That alone is a good
reason to take this class.

This course was very
helpful in a number of ways. The exercises with the band
and rotating the hips are especially effective in
recreating the proper feel of the actual golf swing. The
exercises helped increase flexibility and strength for
all parts of the golf swing. After trying for at least
three years to lower my golf score, and shoot below 90,
I have finally done it. I was able to accomplish this
thanks to the exercises Dr. Dill taught us in these
